The business runs 10 catering vans, one of which is chilled only and tends to 8 vending sites. The other 9 vans are hot and cold ‘jiffey trucks’ and have comprehensive rounds for each day. The van and café offer bacon/sausage/pies/pasties and extras as well as cold sandwiches/cobs/baps, cakes, biscuits and drinks.

The café also offers all day breakfasts, jacket potatoes, pie/pasties and chips and hot drinks. It has a regular local trade as well as passing trade due to its main road positioning. In addition, the company also provides cold buffets as required.

Bread and baps are bought from one of the areas best bakers, renowned for good quality and standards. The pies and pasties are home made and many other items sold are bought from local supply.

All chilled packaged sandwiches and baps are fully dated and labelled with bar codes and are made by the evening shift, who store them in a large walk in fridge ready for loading onto the vans first thing in the morning.
