Startup software company, developing new product for the advertising industry. Product is unique with high demand opportunity, and will assist media and advertising companies display, edit, and schedule dynamic media content on various hardware platforms. Existing clients already established. Codename “Bluefire”, this product will utilize Filipino developers to lower development costs, while maintaining a high level of quality. Foreign (US and Australian) ownership/management to co-ordinate the development and build the sales and marketing campaign overseas. Company is based in the Philippines. This is a unique opportunity for investors to be involved at the start. We are offering investment subscription up to a total of 40%. Each 10% ownership will require 1M Pesos (approx. $22K USD). We will raise a total of 4M Pesos for the total costs of development and initial sales/marketing campaign. A partnership agreement will be drawn up between all parties. This investment opportunity is based on an equity position in exchange for investment funds. Investors will not have voting rights or have influence on the management, ownership or operations of the company. ROI will be based on sales volume. All investors will receive lifetime renvues corresponding to the percentage held on ALL sales of “Bluefire”. This is not a dot com company. We are a Philippines based registered company, with a high demand, low supply product, that is badly needed in the advertising industry.
