All research has been done, the name has been selected, all production relationships have been put in place, the Master Liquor Maker has been hired, the bottle/packaging has been designed & the process is prepared to move forward very quickly. The individual looking for partners is very willing to make the appropriate arrangements and agreements to ensure that this opportunity is very lucrative for all involved. The intent is for the collective partners to bring 1.5 million dollars to the venture over the course of the next several months of 2008. Each individual could bring as little as 100k or 250k or 500k or whatever amount they are comfortable with and then receive relative return in both profits and/or whatever is agreed. In the alternative, one person could also be the sole partner bringing the 1.5 mil himself/herself. This cash injection will be structured based on product purchase time-tables, production costs, the implementation of advertising etc...etc...Using installments or based on any number of bench marks the partners require. The intent is for this product to go to market in time for the 2008 holiday season worldwide. Production needs to start by June so time is of the essence in order to hit the holiday marketing window.
