For a number of years, the Seller has been using a proprietary process for flatproofing tires that are primarily used on off-road vehicles. Multiple machines are available in their owned facility to apply their process that provides protection from punctures. The process is compatible with Bias or Radial ply tires.

While the process has been primarily used in tires for aerial lifts, forklifts, skid steers, dune buggies, golf carts and other applications, the Seller believes the process has proven to be capable for flatproofing over-the-road pneumatic tires. Since there is not currently on the market a cost effective flatproofing system for over-the-road pneumatic tires, this business represents a significant growth opportunity for a company with the resources to take the product national.
