Competition / Market:

Buyer must be approved by landlord and franchisor must attend one week training class in California. Owner will staff school while buyer is in training and will provide one week of additional training. Owner will pay $3500 transfer fee. Owner also has a second territory from Kent to Renton that he is currently selling but if it is still available he would consider making this available to the buyer at no additional expense.
