This first class company has excellent products, a strong reputation for quality, excellent management in place allowing the owners to work only 3 days per week, clean books, and is projected to have a 30% growth in one of its 2 sectors of business. The company originated as a manufacturer of products for those manufacturers using Printed Circuit Boards (ex. automated control systems, cell phones, LED display systems, computers, power supplies, GPS systems, contract manufacturers, satellite controls, military electronics, etc.) The company grew to $24M in revenue with an EBITDA of $6M, but the events of 9/11 caused their industry to slow down. It has since rebounded, but in the last several years the company has gotten into custom automated equipment servicing many other industries. This segment of business is growing leaps and bounds. Both divisions are served by the same set of employees. The owners work just 3 days per week and are agreeable to a one year transition and employment agreement. It is owned 50/50 by two owners.
