This Master Franchise Opportunity is for the right to sub-franchise multiple counties in a particular State(s) of the USA. Our client is a veteran in the field of Franchising in the U.S. and abroad with an established record of performance. They have entered the industry of Assisted Living Home Care franchising at at time when other established franchisors in the field has saturated their franchising territories. Their competitive advantage is that they are franchising at the county level and not at the zip code level at competitive start-up fees and annual franchising fee requirements.
The Assisted Living and its sub-segment Assisted Living Home Care Industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the U.S. driven by the growth of the aging population of Baby Boomers. The Assisted Living (being a significant part of the overall Senior Care industry) is expected to grow from its recent revenue level of about $20 billion very significantly. Reportedly, the Senior Care industry is projected to grow steadily to $190 to 200 billion by 2030.
So far, assisted living is still a fragmented industry populated by thousands of small and medium-sized companies, many privately held and none with a substantial share of total industry sales. Low entry barriers allow small firms to enter. Senior service demand is so large and so diverse that it takes very large numbers of firms to accommodate residents’ requirements.
