Land area under offer is 80 000 Hectares of agricultural land for lease located in Northern Ukraine very close to the border with Russian Federation. This land fits very well for canola cultivation. Soil is very productive - it is black earth rich in humus, turfy earth and sandy soil. All this area located just in in complex.
Price is 150$ for 1 Hectare (includes all taxes, payments and rent). Then you'll have to pay a rent - about 300 UAH (38$) for each hectare of land in lease per year starting from 2010. It is also possible to pay this rent in kind. Total lease term is 10 years starting from 2009 with right to extend.
