This corporate group comprises a number of aligned businesses which were combined to form a consolidated business group several years ago. Clients are offered an integrated approach to labour management. This is from the sourcing and supply of labour, labour hire (contractor and employee), training of labour through to the Human Resource and Industrial Relations advice. The business has invested heavily in manpower and IT, positioning itself to take advantage of the West Australian economy including the mining sector, security, nursing homes, construction, accommodation and many other industries.

Turnover is circa $50 million with an EBITDA adjusted profit of circa $3 million. The Vendor advises the business is in an expansion phase and these figures are expected to grow.

This opportunity may suit an eastern states or overseas company wishing to become established in Perth on a sizeable scale, or perhaps an excellent “bolt on“ to a labour hire related group already operating in Western Australia, or perhaps other options.
