The area we are is full of hotels and rent rooms very busy during tourist season .
The building its self is an 100 years old stone house with 6 main rooms. Two of them are used as cooking rooms, the fire place room the inside bar and the dinning room. There are also the WC and one more room used as an office.
Outside there is one more bar, pizza oven, and the only one, in the area, roof garden, very popular in the summer.
The place is fully equipped(2 large satellite dishes, one small satellite dish, 3 large TV sets, tables and chairs for 100 persons, all the stuff needed in the kitche ) and ready for business.
The price is 95.000 Euros and the rent will be round 1200 Euros monthly.
We are selling the place because we are moving out of Greece. (also we sell a house if interested)
