See a Virtual Tour at www.tourfactory.com/333254...Perched atop a bluff in the Ozark Mountains and nestled amongst 14 acres of trees, gardens and native plants, the Inn at Bella Vista is truly a one-of-a-kind property. The primary residence was initially designed by E. Fay Jones, world renowned architect and apprentice to Frank Lloyd Wright, and offers panoramic views of two golf courses and Lake Rayburn.
Bill and Beverly Williams purchased the property from its original owners in 1996, and have maintained the Inn as a B&B ever since. Guests come to the Inn from all over the U.S., and include golfers, autumn leaf peepers, college sports fans and business travelers. The Inn is located just ten miles from Wal-Mart corporate headquarters and a short 25-minute drive from the University of Arkansas, and was ranked “Best for Business Travelers” by Arrington’s B&B Journal.
Owner Beverly Williams is an LPGA Class A Teaching Pro, and was voted one of the “Top 50 Teachers” by Golf for Women magazine in 2002. Beverly runs the B. Williams Golf School out of the Inn, and attracts students of all ages and skill levels from across the country. She teaches in small groups and specializes in working with women and junior golfers. Her location at the Inn allows Beverly to interact with students both on and off the golf course. Beverly would be willing to continue to run the school onsite at the Inn under new ownership.
At the Inn at Bella Vista, nature and architecture combine to create the perfect environment for relaxation and recreation. The Inn provides an owner operator the opportunity to live in an extraordinary home with a great business attached. Inn at Bella
