There are no vacancies, at this time, for 50 permitted and approved spaces on site. There is additional space on the land for an additional 50 spaces after improvements and at $75 per month equates to $63,000 in rental income, not including product sales.

All drivers not only pay a monthly rental fee, but also purchase all products sold on the trucks from the on-site business owner. Owners hours are very favorable, 8-3pm with simple tasks.
