Business description

This franchise specialises in repairing of computer hardware and in some cases replacement of affected parts. Clients pay a monthly premium of between R55 to R77 per computer on a monthly basis. If at any time something happens to a client’s computer they simply call this franchise. Within 1 hour of the franchisee receiving their clients call a technician will repair or replace (if repairs fail) the PC / peripheral or affected part of the computer at no cost to the client as they are covered by their monthly premium. This ensures that clients have a minimal time that their PC is not operational and does not cost them too much downtime or loss of business. An additional benefit on their Premium is an Interim Replacement Cover. This will cover a client if their computer is stolen. Once the call has been lodged with the Franchisee the computer will be replaced within 2 hours for a maximum of 21 days and assistance will be given in re-loading software at no extra cost to the client. Client can then make the necessary claim with their Short Term Insurance company. This means that clients will have basically 0% interruption in the running of their business. The franchisor is in partnership with each of his franchisees.
