This staffing service provides contract, contract-for-hire and direct hire staffing services to Fortune 2000 and fast –growth companies. Most business is in Southern California, however the firm has capability and workers comp required to staff nationally. Industries served include bio-tech / pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, entertainment, manufacturing, mortgage / banking, telecom and more. The company has an outstanding reputation and name recognition within the SoCal Information Technology community. In addition to IT staffing, as requested by clients, the firm can staff for other core business units including accounting and finance, human resources, etc. The company has contracts in place with about 30 brand name companies to provide full-time staffing services and receives 20-25% of first year’s base salary as compensation. The agency generally staffs full-time positions between $85 – 150K. In addition the firm has agreements with about 15 companies to provide consulting (long term temporary) services. The firm currently has 5 consultants on long term contracts. Temporary markups are about 1.60- 1.65. An agreement is in place with a funding company which provides payroll processing. An internal team of 4 includes the owner (sales), an independent contractor recruiter, 1 sales person and part time admin support.
