There are two further bedrooms and an additional bathroom also fitted with a Jacuzzi. A multi point gas boiler provides the hot water.

All the teak support posts are set on small concrete pillars with a damp proof membrane. As an insurance preventative measure, under the foundations of the house there is an irrigation system which is under contract to be activated every 6 months to prevent any infestations of ants, beetles etc.

All the electrical wiring is to European standards (3 phase) with earthed 3 pin plugs throughout. There is ample parking for guests in front or underneath the Thai house.

Adjacent and to the rear of the resort and overlooking a well stocked fishing lake is a 30 cover restaurant with club lounge and bar giving the resort guests the opportunity of formal dining without having to leave their tranquil surroundings.

The ground floor area is 230 sq m and comprises of a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen complying to health and safety standards (HACCP), a 36 cover restaurant, large lounge bar and games room, ladies and gentlemen’s toilets and a large linen store room.
