The South Shore Shooters professional hockey team is looking for a minority owner or investor. Up to 30% ownership is available. The level of play is considered a single "A" professional hockey. Last season the league helped over 40 players get called up to "AA" hockey teams. After the season over 20 additional players were called up. The league is also part of the NHL.com network. The South Shore Shooters are an expansion team and will begin play in December 2008. The team budget is about $200,000 for the year.
