This Master Franchise is a combination of nine health clubs/spas ranging from the crosstraining club which specializes in a program that combines strength training, boxing and martial arts in a compressed 20 minute circuit to the ultra luxurious women's fitness club and spa which features a variety of equipment, spa treatments, child care and nutritional and weight mangement programs for women only. A master franchisor can pick as few or as many as they choose to complete their boutique of clubs.

Statistics show 66% of US adults are overweight and 32% actually qualify as obese. An astounding 5% are considered extremely obese. Sadly, 17% of children and adolescents are also considered obese. These statistics are indicative of the rising health care costs associated with obesity. Many overweight and obese people want to lose weight but just don’t know how….these health clubs teach people new eating habits, offer healthy exercise programs and help people to build self esteem.

Targeted customer type: Women between the ages of 24-65 with an average weight loss need of 25-50lbs. Men between the ages of 24-65 with an average weight loss of 24-50lbs. Does not cater to the “muscle head” type. Overall someone who wants to stay in good health.
