Our Client specializes in the design, production, and installation of stone countertops and related products. The Company imports the finest stone from quarries in Italy, Brazil, and Mexico. Over the past seven years, the Company has earned the respect and admiration of high profile commercial and residential builders and individual customers both in new construction and remodeling. The Company’s services include assisting clients with stone selection, custom design and layout of the stone, and the complete process of installing the stone to exacting specifications.
Our Client operates in a one-level, 15,000 square foot leased facility. The Company’s client base is comprised of 55% commercial and industrial clients, and 45% residential. The Company has a base of over 50 regular clients providing stability through recurring purchases. Approximately 80% of revenues are from repeat customers and 15% is attributed to referrals. The Company’s customer base is primarily within a major metropolitan area of Texas, although projects outside of the region have been completed. Our Client continues to attract new customers through its telemarketing efforts, internet advertising, and through increased name recognition within the region.
