The business is limited. The sale is instructed on a share transfer basis to include net assets as at 30th June 2007 of £376,465. The price will be adjusted upwards or downward to reflect the net assets at completion. The business is available to enable the shareholders to capitalise after successfully developing the business. A handover and/or long term consultancy will be provided to assist the purchaser subject to agreed terms.
