You will enter a “eStore24” Retail Trade Agreement” that is a “Daily Trading Fee” of 5 % (Incl Vat) of your turnover (Incl Vat)

Shop fitting by a reputable shop fitter. Access to reputable suppliers in convenience market. Stock ordering based on proven rate of sale (minimising expense of slow moving stock). Monthly promotions, creating excitement and driving turnover. Up to date merchandising tips and techniques, as per brand owner research and company agreed planograms. (Additional) Merchandising team to implement new layouts or changes to planograms. (Additional) Fully functional Fingerprint Reader (Clock Machine), staff just clock for duties and payslips are generated. (Additional) Stock-take team to do complete stock count (including expired stock) ensuring all stock is rotated, and compiling GP (Gross Profit) report. Compare actual stockholding with stockholding on system, which will project store shrinkage and identify “high risk” items for daily monitoring via stock counts. Introduce you to fully functional POS (Point of sale) system, assisting you with: Inventory, Suppliers (Creditors), Customers (Debtors), Inter store transfers (Slow moving stock that other outlets might use), Printing Labels, Store Promotions, Reports, ECR (Electronic cash register) functionality. (Excluding Back office System, that can be shared with “Clock-In” system) Instant visibility. Due to cost effectiveness of our concept outlets we aim to open at least 10 stores a year, which will make us a recognized brand that consumers can associate to. A reputable convenience retailer training you. Being in the convenience market for 14 years and understanding that convenience retail is a very specialist form of retail; our company strategy is to firstly grow a network of dealer owned/managed stores; ensuring profitability and maximising visibility, then start with our aggressive roll out plan of company owned stores. If at any stage or for any reason whatsoever you wish to end/terminate the “eStore24” Trade Agreement”, you are entitled to do so in writing. Being a registered legal entity, you agree to grant us in writing 90 days to trade under your registration. In such an event we will do a full stock take (Stock Valuation of stock on hand at day of handover). We will continue to trade, find a new retailer or appoint a retailer, recall and redraft rental and any other agreements. Once new registration is done, you will be fully paid for stock value at time of handover, as well as value of assets the new owner agree to take over.
