The current major client has expressed its interest in entering into a contract with the future acquirer of the company to purchase around 1500 tons per year of the production, in order to meet its internal needs. The sales due to this contract could cover all yearly expenses of the company and provide profit (at current sales prices) of at around EUR 100 000. 2. Net profit between 10 – 15%; 3. The current owner is willing to negotiate flexible payment options for acquiring the factory 4. It is also possible to install a packaging line and to produce a final product – jams, comfitures, etc. Bulgaria is famous for the quality of such products and they are being exported in many European countries.
