Business description
We are an India based architecture, urban design and 3D visualization firm offering end-to-end design services to high net-worth clients in India. We also have a small detailing, drafting and 3D practice that offers our services to architecture firms abroad. Additionally, we outsource conceptual work to foreign architects in the US, EU and Australia.
The business is expanding rapidly given the boom in Indian construction. While we are a cash-flow positive business with 30%+ margins and an extremely high growth rate, we now need to partner/merge with a larger architecture practice abroad to achieve our full potential.
The current management is looking at divesting a certain percentage of the business to a strategic buyer.
We have two offices, one in the North and the other in the South of the country. Our total value of booked projects exceeds $1.5m and the pipeline is robust
