You would be the ideal candidate to own and operate an ERA Franchise. As an ERA Consultant you will develop and leverage existing client relationships, define ongoing client acquisition strategy and/or analytical cost analysis.
Armed with thousands of data points, you will be able to reduce your client's expenses, with no compromise in quality or quantity. Your clients will include professional services, manufacturers, non-profits, public and private education institutions, healthcare providers, and retailers, to name a few.
ERA's buying power, which will allow you access to unique pricing operations, comes from being responsible for millions of dollars of supplier spend. It is impressive and combined with your knowledge and expertise you will be able to unlock the unknown or seemingly inaccessible savings for your clients.
As an ERA franchisee you will learn how to:
* Win new clients and develop strong relationships
* Build multiple revenue streams
* Work with your fellow franchisees through joint ventures
* Analyse client's expenditure using bespoke tools
* Negotiate clients' suppliers and prepare tenders
* Produce and implement recommendations
* Work alongside clients to maintain long term savings
As part of the network of consultants, you will take responsibility for the development and management of the sales pipeline, and expansion of client / market intelligence that directly impacts the business's ongoing talent acquisition strategy.
The average Australian Project is around $400K and generates around 20% savings, which will be shared between the client and you, the franchisee, 50/50 over a minimum 18-month contract. You will accomplish this by assisting organisations to maximise profits by identifying and securing significant savings on everyday business non-personnel operating costs.
