General: Established in 2007, this is a profitable consulting business that owns an exclusive
franchise area development contract in California (specifically within Orange County) that
sells the rights to franchise in Orange County . The primary objective is to add new franchise
units (franchisees). As a result of new and existing units, monthly commission will be paid on all
product purchases by each franchise unit within the territory. This provides a steady and
verifiable monthly residual income along with a high commission payout for each new franchise
unit sold. Most franchisee operations, including orders, returns, equipment delivery, installation,
