Competition / Market:

Competition on the café side is greater as of course there are other cafés and bars in town although still ample room for expansion (eg wider menu). We offer clean, bright, friendly atmosphere and reasonably priced all-day snack menu : panini, salads, quiche plus home-made soup and crusty bread in winter. We are the only public Internet access in town, well signposted & well known. Whilst gites are starting to offer wifi access, we have the competitive edge as we offer scanning, faxing, printing and overall hands on support. We are also supported by a training partner to whom we sub-let an adjoining room and who provides on-site computer training (the training business is not for sale). The two complement each other and boost trade respectively. There is local IT support available if needed, alternatively, this side of the business could also be sub-let to our Training partner.

Support & training:

We will be staying in the area so can help with hand-over if needed. We also have a support contract with a local business for those computer problems we can't fix ourselves which would also be available to new owners.
