We are located less than 10 minutes from downtown Casper, approximately 1/4 mile from a main highway and approximately 1 mile from I-25. It takes less than 20 minutes to get to the east side of town and less than 20 minutes to get to Natrona County International Airport. Most of our suppliers in Casper are located within a few miles of the shop. It takes approximately 5 minutes to get to W. W. Graingers.

Expansion potential:

Even with the poor economy nationwide, Wyoming is still expecting to grow. Probably not as fast as we have been, but still increasing. There is still a lot of work to bid, and the stimulus money will have a large impact on Wyoming. We currently have the lowest unemployment rate in the United States, and they don't expect unemployment to exceed 5%. The fact that we have such a large service staff puts us in a good position for an economic downturn is that when people can't afford new they repair the old. the banks here are advertising that they have plenty of money to loan.

Competition / Market:

There are only about 5 full service HVACR companies. We are the largest full service service company and probably second largest sheet metal installation company. There are about 4 small sheet metal companies that do mostly residential installs and minimal service, and 4 smaller service companies with 2-4 service technicians.

Support & training:

We are a union shop with well trained apprentices. Our contract also calls for all member to receive a minimum of 12 hours training every 6 months. This includes OSHA training, weekly toolbox talks, bi-weekly service or safety training, and occasional training classes put on by Trane and other suppliers.
