We assist Americans and Canadians in furnishing their vacation homes. A typical order can range anywhere from $10,000 - $40,000 US. There is no inventory held, we produce on demand, therefore eliminating liabilities and overhead. It takes just $50 a month to run the site.

We have been profiled in: The New York Times, Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, Financial Post and Habitantes Magazine. Our reputation of excellent Customer Service has made us a success.

Our profits after expenses for 2009 exceeds $60,000.

This business can be run either from afar or in Mexico. I have run it from Canada since it's inception. Speaking Spanish is as asset and if you do not speak Spanish you can always hire someone who does. This business can be run by one person but is easier with 2 persons.

Included in the sale will be all our supplier info, contacts around Mexico to assist in receiving furniture, cargo contacts and our extensive email lists.
