This is a UK start up company focused on securing new/off plan developments in established and emerging overseas markets, such as Dubai, Cyprus, Bulgaria etc mainly for investment purposes. It is not involved with Re Sale.

These developments are then offered online to a network of third party introducers from Financial Advisers, estate agents and travel agents.

It owns and utilises an impressive software system to manage the network of affiliates and introducers.

We are looking for a "hands on" business angel to invest up to £100,000 in return for 50% equity and ownership of the software system. The investor will actively support the onward business development of the network of introducers and marketing in general.

ROI is anticapted to be within two years.
