This fine, restaurant was established by the current owners in 1991. While seasonal, dinner is served Tuesday-Saturday. If open all (12) twelve months a new owner could substantially increase business with either extending dinner hours and days or adding either a selected lunch or breakfast menu and hours. Located in close proximity to the Hyatt Regency Motel, this street receives significant vehicular traffic. The owners wish to retire. This quaint restaurant has a warm, intimate atmosphere. Authentic recipes designed and prepared by the owner, trained in his native town in Burgandy, France at a famous Three Star Michelin Guide restaurant are included with the sale. All food is prepared fresh daily on premise by the owner & staff employees. This restaurant is just quiet enough to have an intimate conversation and busy enough to feel part of the "in crowd". Banquets for up to 50 people, vegetarian and low fat fares(yes, that's right!) are also available. This is the place locals and tourists alike prefer and frequent as often as their waistlines allow!
