It is with this need in mind that our client is continuing to establish a network of franchisees with a clear guide to successful business development.

FRANCHISOR
The managing director of the Franchise Company entered the care business in 1987, initially setting up a care home and subsequently, at the request of social services, diversifying his business activities into the provision of domiciliary care. Subsequently a major Plc purchased his business. A passion for care and desire to see other people succeed has motivated him to launch this current company with very great emphasis being placed upon careful selection of all franchisees and high standards of service for clients.

The purchase of a franchise territory will entitle the franchisee, amongst other benefits, to the following:-

Franchise terms

Each franchise is granted for a period of 5 years, renewable for no extra fee at the then terms of the franchise agreement. A management service fee of only 4.5% of turnover per annum plus VAT is charged per year. In addition to the price of the franchise, each purchaser will need sufficient working capital in accordance with a personalised business plan and set-up costs. Price - £29,500 plus VAT for the total franchise package.
