- The Franchisor provides initial comprehensive training on how to clean and run the business. The training comprises of one week in a working Agency and one week in the new Franchisee’s office. The course teaches the Franchisee how to clean and quote houses, run the Client Management Scheduling and accounting systems, prepare the cleansers, hire and train sub-contractors and how to establish a relationship with clients over the phone. Assistance will be given in arranging the first year of Insurances, understanding Occupation, Health and Safety and Privacy policies and details relating to Immigration laws that affect the hiring of international personnel.
