Diamondback Beer is the only beer brand with a major league name. The Seller has fully protected the brand and has received a letter from MLB acknowledging the Seller's right to sell the beer with the Diamondback label. The extremely appealing labeling and packaging has been fully developed and the beer can be bottled and sold immediately. Seller previously sold the beer in Arizona in the 1990's with great success.
