Existing lease will expire in March 2012 and as the business is operated through a mobile phone number so can be re-located if needed. Lease terms are reasonable and there is excellent space including shed and curing yard in an Industry 1 zoning. Close to concrete batching plant and major traffic routes so the location helps to keep costs for transport low.
