Singles stores currently range in price from $300,000 to $350,000 depending on the size and build out of the new store. This fee includes all leasehold improvements, equipment (including 1 espresso machine), tables, chairs, stools, patio seating, POS system, music system, signage, smallwares and all items required to operate the business. This fee does not include: coffee/food inventory from suppliers which is payable COD or on account at opening, staff training costs and cost of training materials.

They focus on providing a variety of beverages; including organic coffee, specialty espresso based drinks like lattes and cappuccinos and a wide array of coffee alternatives.
