BACKGROUND
The business was established in 1994 by our clients and has established an outstanding reputation with a sizable number of repeat and regular customers. They are now planning to retire and are consequently offering the business for sale.

BUSINESS
As of October 2011 there are already forward bookings totalling £45,000. This is highest level ever of advance bookings for this point in the year and sales for the current year are forecast for over £100,000.

There is significant potential for new and enthusiastic owners to boost sales through increased marketing activities.

LOCATION
The business is run from home near Eastbourne in East Sussex. The majority of the customers are located within 15 miles and as a result the business could be relocated within a relatively wide radius.

PREMISES
The coaches are parked and operated from a yard which is currently rented on an informal arrangement at a rate of £550 per month. It is understood that that landlord would be amenable to continuing the agreement on either a formal or informal basis.

STAFF
The business is currently run by our clients - a husband and wife team - with the assistance of three freelance part time drivers as required.
