- We supply all your gaming machines and we give you 50% of the profit. In return, you pay us an annual rent for the business.

- You buy your drinks requirements from us and keep the property, and fixtures and fittings in good order as well as meeting the running costs of your business.

- All remaining profits generated within the business are yours.
