If I were staying I would rent a shop in the centre of Cabarete and supply mask fins and snorkel kits to holiday makers.I would also be the only dive centre in a district that is quickly being developed for tourists and investors.The construction here is incredible with million dollar condo's being built.The North coast is undergoing a huge change.

Competition / Market:

No threats.No direct competition as the hotels will not allow any other dive centres to canvas for business in their property..Only we are allowed access to their customers.There are also no Dive centres with a presence in Cabarete.

Support & training:

Hand over period of 2 weeks and an Instructor member of staff who manages the dive centre in my absence will give training.

Reasons for selling:

Finding adequate schooling for my son who is now 16 months old. No acceptable schools here that I would want to send him too.I have been here for 6 and a half years now so have done alot of research and this is something that I have to do for his future.I like this country and we are leaving for that reason alone.
