There is no particular competition in the main road since there is only 1 German restaurant next door, whom we share part of the customers (only the Germans), and one steak house on the opposite side of the road which, for some reasons, doesn’t trade well. All around the main road area there are not other restaurants working in the evenings. The small Thais don’t constitute a tread from the business point of view since they close at 5PM. Fisherman Village is a competitor but it is more expensive and only sometimes more attractive.

The restaurant can be easily converted in any cuisine-type business, not necessary Italian.
