You will be an independent contractor meeting with business owners as well as Buyer prospects, analyzing business information, providing opinions of most probable selling price, preparing marketing packages, assistance with obtaining financing and negotiating and facilitating business sale transactions from start through to finish. Interpersonal skills, computer skills, high level of integrity and attention to detail are all important aspects of this business. Must have or be willing to obtain a realtors liense from the province of Saskatchewan. Price quoted includes industry specialized training as well as laptop computer and printer. Must have drivers license and reliable transportation to attend meeting swith clients. Prior business experience is advantageous.
