The Company is the market leader in bakery and pastry sector in Turkey. It has the widest product spectrum in the country. Among its products are flavored & fruit mixed jellies, fillings (aromatic & fruit mixed), pastry additives, baking powder, hazelnut, pistachio, canned fruits, fruit desserts marmalades, candied fruits, olive oil and olive products used as raw material at bakery sector.

Buyers of company products are predominantly from within Turkey (95%). Exports (nearly 5%) have started recently in 2008.

The Company has been operating in two production facilities totaling 30,000m2 (approx 330,000 sqf) area.

As of end of 2009, total sales figure is approximately 8 Million USD while gross profit margin is 15%. However, due to high financing costs (nearly 7% of gross sales) and marketing & sales expenses, after-tax net profit margin for the same year is approximately 1.23%.
