Offered for sale are the Technology, Intellectual Property and worldwide Marketing Rights for a proven new-generation, state–of-the-art series of Computerised Hydraulic Test Stations that service the aviation and marine industries.

This business was established in 1980 and is an independent Engineering group involved in the design, manufacture, installation and service of electrical, electronic, mechanical and hydraulic testing equipment.

The business specialises in the development of Aircraft and Marine Ground Support Equipment (GSE) used for preventative and corrective testing of Hydraulic Components and systems. The GSE can currently provide full hydraulic testing for:

? Civil Aircraft
? Defense Aircraft
? Submarines
? Helicopters

The original Hydraulic Test Stations were designed and developed specifically for F-111 fighter aircraft. These were delivered to the RAAF in 1995 and remain in operation today.

For the past 12 years the Technology has been further developed and upgraded with the following advances made:

? The technology has now been converted into the category of Universal computerised Test Stations using either Digital or Analog Instrumentation (As per End User’s requirements) and data Logging facilities.
? The company’s technology has previously been recommended for use by the Australian Defense Department for the new Joint Strike Fighter Aircraft
? Fixed Computerised Test Stations have been developed for testing the hydraulic systems of Submarines, particularly for testing the Hydraulics of the Torpedo Discharge System for the Collins Class Submarines.


The GSE design is based on a modular concept design which allows Computerised Test Stations to be configured for testing of any type of Aircraft or Aircraft Fleet. This results in a considerable cost saving to the end user as only one set of Test Stations (for fixed and rotating components) is required for the testing of an entire aircraft fleet. The Misal Test Stations capabilities are based on utilisation of unique software program developed by Misal.

The current Test Stations have been improved over the years and are considered to be field proven state-of-the-art testing facilities with a number of unique testing capabilities (not offered to our knowledge at present by any of our global competitors ) such as:

? Components and Systems tested under Simulated flying conditions
? Components and Systems Accelerated ageing conditions testing

The company has also developed four different Mobile Test Stations for Aviation and Submarine use. Two of these models are designed for aircraft testing and two models are designed for submarine testing. The technology incorporates a unique Misal engineering design in compliance with Australian Standards Hazardous Classification (Class 1 Zone 2) and in compliance with NATO transport requirements (Mobile Units).

A unique opportunity now exists for a company having a global marketing capability to introduce this highly advanced technology into the existing global marketplace. Opportunities are presented by:
