The Company provides both ground and aerial application of chemcial and fertilizers with GPS accuracy. Chemicals are mixed and fertilizers custom blended according to customers' needs. To offset seasonality, the Company sells livestock feed and nutrition products and offers freight services. Facilities include 37,000 total square feet in multiple buildings and locations, seven bulk tanks with centralized plumbing and an automated tank monitoring system, as well as a 70-foot truck scale used for weighing fertilizer. The Company serves approximately 300 accounts consisting of farmers and ranchers (90% of sales), grain brokers (5%), and agricultural wholesalers and retailers (5%) throughout Colorado and Kansas.
