The twenty rooms are distributed as follows: On the ground floor are eight bedrooms all with en-suite facilities which are separated from each other by small balustrade terraces making them look more like individual apartments than just rooms. The business opens all year round with around 40 to 50 per cent occupancy in the winter months and 100% occupancy from May through to October. The hotel is frequented by German, Dutch, Italian French and English clients, many of whom are now repeat guests in the hotel with future bookings looking very healthy.
The current owners bought the hotel in 2007 and in this time have thoroughly improved the business, among other things with the addition of air conditioning in 14 rooms, and insulation on the walls and roof. The owners have recently taken on a larger hotel elsewhere on the island and are selling to concentrate on this.
